I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to clarify your coverage for psychotherapy services.Below are some of the questions you might ask your insurance representative:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
• Do I need to reach a deductible, and if so, what is the deductible?
• What is the “usual and customary allowance?”
• What percentage do you cover of the “usual and customary allowance?”
